La dureza de la ordenación urbana y el carácter repetitivo de las edificaciones nos llevaron a situar la mayor parte de los estares de las viviendas hacia el interior, frente a la solución tradicional de los edificios de manzana. La organización de las viviendas en núcleos de tres unidades permitió una notable economía espacial, lo que hizo posible ser más generosos con el espacio libre interior y configurar el gran patio circular como elemento central del proyecto: arbolado, acogedor y concebido como lugar de acceso a los portales.​

The rigidity of the urban layout and the repetitive character of the buildings led us to orient most of the living spaces towards the interior, rather than adopting the traditional perimeter-block arrangement. Organizing the dwellings into clusters of three units achieved significant spatial efficiency, allowing us to be more generous with the shared open space and to shape the large circular courtyard as the project's central element: landscaped, welcoming, and conceived as the access space to the homes.
