La casa se asienta en la parcela de forma discreta; no se impone, sino que busca adaptarse al terreno, abrirse al sur y preservar la intimidad. Formalmente responde al perímetro de la parcela, a las encinas existentes y al desnivel del terreno, definiendo a su vez tres ámbitos diferenciados: la entrada, un patio al sur y el jardín al oeste.
The house sits discreetly within the site; it does not impose itself, but instead seeks to adapt to the terrain, open towards the south, and preserve privacy. Formally, it responds to the site boundaries, the existing holm oaks, and the natural slope of the land, while defining three distinct outdoor spaces: the entrance, a south-facing courtyard, and the west garden.
La vivienda se construye con materiales nobles: ladrillo de tejar, enfoscado de arena de mina, carpinterías de iroco, cubierta de teja cerámica con remates de zinc, suelos de canto rodado en el exterior y de barro en el interior.

The house is built using noble materials: handmade brick, mine-sand render, iroko timber joinery, a ceramic tile roof with zinc flashings, river pebble paving outdoors, and terracotta flooring indoors.
